By Telephone

Phone calls to order repeat prescriptions are no longer allowed. Please read this text to learn more.

You can ask to your pharmacy what services they can offer to help you. You can certainly take in the right-hand side of your prescription to any and all Heywood Pharmacies.

But if you are going to speak to, or phone your pharmacy to order your repeat prescription, it must be connected to the NHS database to order your medication safely.

Currently the only Heywood pharmacy that is connected and accepting prescriptions by telephone is the Internet Pharmacy. Phone: 01706 627003.
As other Pharmacies go on line we will let you know.

Personally

When ordering by this method please allow us 2 working days to generate your prescription.

Any prescription left after 11:00 a.m. will not be processed until the next working day.
